What is the most common cause of mutations in DNA of cells?
Masteriza [31]

Answer: When DNA is being copied for the Daughter cells

Explanation: There is a mistake when the DNA is being copied for the new daughter cells. When a cell divides, it must divide its DNA into 2 exact copies of the orginal DNA for the 2 new daughter cells. Sometimes the copy isn't correct and the cells mutates.

If parents supplied different alleles for a certain trait to their offspring, What following terms would be used to describe the
My name is Ann [436]
When parents provide a different allele of a given gene, then the offspring is called as heterozygous for that allele.  Alleles turn out phenotypes or physical versions of an attribute that are either dominant or recessive.
The dominance or recessivity related to a specific allele is the result of masking, by that, a dominant phenotype hides a recessive phenotype. By this logic, in heterozygous offspring, solely the dominant phenotype is apparent.

Protonema have large surface area to volume ratio you can predict that
Vaselesa [24]

Answer;

-They are absorptive interfaces with the environment.

Explanation;

-The important point is that the surface area to the volume ratio gets smaller as the cell gets larger. Thus, if the cell grows beyond a certain limit, not enough material will be able to cross the membrane fast enough to accommodate the increased cellular volume.

-The surface area to volume ratio of an object is the relationship between two measurements. It is the ratio of Surface area to volume. It shows the comparison between the size of the outside of an object and the amount inside. Small or thin objects have a large surface area compared to the volume.
