 If a local politician had a plan to clean up a park in my town he would most likely use the media to influence the public opinion. Television has a high degree of influence since it has great expressive power because it is based on the image and this is very effective to internalize the messages as they get directly into the subconscious. Probably talk about the insecurity that invades public spaces and the need to clean them to enjoy them as a family.
