Neville has been power lifting for most of his life, but his joints are starting to deteriorate. His doctor has ordered him to s

top power lifting, and to exercise only at a low intensity level. To prepare for his new lifestyle, Neville should make the following changes to his wellness plan:

B. Continue to power lift as it is more important to be happy.
