I need to find out the missing angles and the angle pair of the angle using equations

Image is very dark. I guess you are asking the value of x. If so:

The mentioned angle is aright angle that is divided into 2 smaller angles, one of 69° and the other of (2x°-1). Hence

69° + 2x°- 1° = 90°

2x° = 90° + 1° - 69°

2x° = 22°

And x = 11°
If x = 11,then 2x - 1 = 21° (missing angle)
