There is a major conflict going on in Andy's department. Workers do not trust Andy. They resent his authoritarian style, and the

y resist his instructions and suggestions. Andy sees the workers as "drones," and they think of him as "Darth Vader." Initially, Andy's manager tells the workers to "put up with it" and to "get back to work." He refuses to listen to their complaints and imposes his instructions with a threat of discipline. A group of employees discusses the problem. Jane suggests that they just drop it and go back to work. She doesn't want to lose her job and fears that even if they win, their working relationship with Andy will be damaged beyond repair. Malcolm suggests that they go back to Andy's boss and explain that they think talking about Andy's behavior could improve productivity and quality. He tells the group they ought to write down and present the substance of their concerns, not just attack Andy's management style. Malcolm thinks they can work this out without removing Andy or getting fired themselves.

The type of thinking that most adults use to solve complex problems best reflects the perspective of Piaget theorist.

Children were frequently viewed as mere miniature adults, according to Piaget's notion. 1 Instead, Piaget opined that there are basic differences between how toddlers and adults think.

Piaget's theory had a significant impact on the creation of developmental psychology as a distinct discipline of psychology and made significant contributions to the field of education. He is also recognized as a founder of the constructivist theory, which contends that humans actively create their knowledge of the outside world through the synthesis of their thoughts and experiences.

In 1918, Piaget earned a PhD in zoology from the University of Neuchâtel after continuing his studies in the natural sciences. Two writings he produced at this period laid the groundwork for his later ideas and beliefs.

Using complete sentences describe the manufacturing industry in the u.s.
lukranit [14]

Answer:

U.S. manufacturing, a process that is mechanical, physical, or chemical, is the transformation of raw materials into new products.

The raw materials include commodities or components, and it is the second stage of the supply chain. Manufacturing businesses include plants, factories, and mills, and they make their products with power-driven machines and equipment.

U.S. manufacturing is the largest in the world, producing 18.2% of the world's goods—more than the entire economic output of Canada, Korea, or Mexico.
