First get there attention.Ask them if they ever had the same feeling of it.Tell them something compared to you and it.Be specific but attention maker.But dont be too specific ,itll be a little boring and wont get attention.Hope that helped

Welcome to the era of non violent resistance, this era is far from different from our time... we need violence to survive, but them? I think not.

And you can continue from there, I actually don't remember if what I wrote was right, so just use the idea and maybe change a few things
