What does it take the Earth on full year to complete

Biology

Answer:

A rotation around the sun.

Explanation:

I realize that this is extremely redundant, but if you want an extra answer, here it is!

The Earth's orbit around the sun(caused by the sun's gravity) is extremely long, at approximately 149.60 million km(92.96 million mi). Even at the speeds Earth is traveling at, it still takes around 365 rotations around an axis going through the Earth's center to complete a full rotation around the Sun.

So, that is one of the things the Earth takes a full calendar year to do. If you look to the crust of the Earth, it takes a year for the tectonic plates to move one to two inches (three to five centimeters).

Hope this helps!

It takes the Earth (approximately) 364.25 days to revolve around the sun. That's why we have leap days.

Hope that helps!
