Motivate in four ways on how sports can support nation buildings
yuradex [85]
For starters, it increases the health of the people, which supports the idea of building a great nation. Another is that it represents your country in foreign competitions and shows what your culture is like. Another is that it supports the economy by having tourists or foreign athletes visit tournaments hosted by your country. The fourth can be that it brings everyone together, regardless of race, gender, social status, and builds a tolerant society.

Is it possible to have communication without language? explain?
Natalija [7]
Yes, because you can always draw out what you are trying to say or you can use sign language unless of course you and the other person don't know sign language or if you consider that a language as well because it does have that in the name.

slega [8]

The poem "A Uma Mulher" by Antero de Quental is about a woman who has had a difficult life and despite this, she seems to thrive.

What is "A Uma Mulher" about?

In this poem, the author describes a woman that was born and raised in difficult circumstances. This can be seen in:

 • Para tristezas, para dor nasceste that is equivalent to "You were born for pain and sadness".

What is the theme of this poem?

Even thought the author focuses on how miserable the life of the woman seems to be, he believes the woman faith could only be that one "Que para isto só tinhas nascido!" (You were born only for this) and this makes us believe that one can thrive even in difficult circumstances.
