A victim was struck by a car in a hit-and-run accident. A police officer arrived half an hour after the accident. The victim was

in shock and came in and out of consciousness. As the officer applied first aid, the victim muttered, "I know I'm going to die. Oh my, he ran the light!" The victim fell back into unconsciousness, but revived again and muttered, "Why didn't he stop?" The officer heard the comments clearly and made a note of them. Good police work by the officer and others led to the discovery of the driver of the car that struck the victim. The victim survived and filed a tort action against the driver. Before the case came to trial, the victim died of a heart attack. The causes of the heart attack were totally unrelated to the accident. The laws of the jurisdiction allow for survival of personal injury actions. Thus, the victim's estate is substituted for the victim as plaintiff. If the plaintiff's attorney seeks to have the officer testify to the victim's statements at the time of the accident, how will the court rule?A Inadmissible, because the victim did not die as a result of the accident.B Inadmissible, because this is a civil case and not a criminal matter.C Admissible, because the victim's statements were present sense impressions.D Admissible, because the statements were made at a time when the victim feared impending death.

The Williams co. combines all of its orders going to Tokyo, Japan, during the month into a single shipment. this is an example of: Market area consolidation.

In technical analysis, consolidation describes an asset's oscillation between a well defined pattern of trading levels. Market indecision that lasts until the asset's price rises above or below the trading pattern is commonly understood as consolidation. A collection of statements that display (consolidates) a parent and subsidiary firm as one entity is known as consolidation in financial accounting.

When an index or a stock trades inside a range, the market is said to be consolidating. According to others, the trend is sideways and may change depending on the situation. Once this range is disrupted, it could result in greater moves, but the movement cannot be accurately forecast until the range is intact.

Designing a Research Study: Prepare an outline/description of your plan to solve the problem for one of the following research s
deff fn [24]

Answer is given below

Explanation:

 1. Statement of the Problem: People are not serious about the risks of FLU because they do not come to the clinic to receive the influenza vaccine.
 2. Research methods and sources of information: Research methods include surveying patients, Google Form, and Swim Road Survey. Both quantitative and qualitative research can be done. Observational and secondary data are analyzed to understand this critical behavior of people. In most of the research, we use regression to understand the relationship between dependent and independent variables. Secondary data can also be a source of information, in which previous research papers are analyzed and studied, and help is drawn from previously conducted studies to ensure there are no rocks.
 3. Nature of the data collected and analyzed: The data to be collected is up-to-date, which means that the primary data will be collected, and I, as a researcher, will be personally involved in collecting the data. The analysis consists mainly of quantitative analysis. Methods such as regression and correlation are used to understand the dependence of one variable on another. The data is linked and includes information on the main causes of their aggressive behavior towards the flu, and why they are not using the influenza vaccine service.
 4. Hypothesis: People are too lazy to vaccinate themselves and as soon as the flu spreads to the country they get a feel.
