Wash your face often. It really helps. May I suggest CeraVe? It works for me. I have pimples that NEVER go away and CeraVe has really helped. Some people said you can get it away with toothpaste, but I'm not sure that helps. Try an ice cube. Press it on your pimples.

This is gunna sound really weird but try using toothpaste on them, like a spot cream and leave them for a bit. It has always calmed them down for me
