Bobby's parietal lobe was affected the most because it is responsible for interpretation of words and speech. As Bobby was not able to understand what people were saying, his parietal lobe was not able to function properly. Other functions of the lobe include signals from memory, voice, vision; a sense of touch, pain; visual and spatial perception.
