Answer:

High directive and low supportive style of situational leadership.

Explanation:

In situations where subordinates are highly committed but low in competence, it would be best for a leader to adopt a "high directive and low supportive style" of situational leadership.

In this leadership style, the leader continuously supervises, directs and instructs his followers on how to perform their tasks. The followers are not given freedom by the leader to make decisions on their own.

Rudiy27

Answer:

Nomadic life was the way in which most Native American tribes lived before colonization. However, as European settlers began to increase in numbers, Native Americans were pushed out of their lands and placed in reservations. Reservations had some commonalities with their past way of life, as well as some differences

Similarities:

Many of their traditional ways of life, as well as the structure of their communities was maintained. People were generally able to maintain their native language.

Differences:

The land in reservations was usually less fertile, making agriculture difficult. Native Americans were confined to this area, and not allowed to relocate unless they gave up their way of life. Some traditions that required Native Americans to be nomadic could no longer be practiced.
