False u dont need a friend to exercise they will prob. just talk to u the hole time distracting u and if u really want to exercise bad then u shouldn't need a freind
True . because a friend will help you in many different ways like if you fall maybe by catching you , if she or he sees you doing a exercise wrong that can hurt you or injure you she or he will let you know or warn you . and in physical activities too to watch over you to make sure your not going to hurt yourself or in need of assistance . when you try a new sport its always good to have a friend there with you to support you and help you in case if you need help
True- Because if you get hurt, or something happens to you, they will be there to help you, instead of being alone, and having no help. They could also help motivate you.
