Conflicts may result between parties fo so many different reasons. However, whenever there is conflict, then we may almost immediately conclude that both conflicting partes have failed to reach an agreement or one or both partes is being misunderstood. Hence, the need for a resolution which requires ensuring that a reasonable compromise which both parties have failed to reach come into fruition.
