Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a psychological theory that is made of 5 model of human needs namely the physiologic needs, safety and security,love and belongingness,self esteem and self-actualization. In the situation where one's body needs to be expose during examination, in the heirarchy of needs the safety and security need is being affected as the person examined need to feel safe and secure while examination is going on.
