Answer:
What object were you thinking about using?
Answer:
B) Charlie's level of intelligence limits his ability to understand people and events.
Explanation:
Charlie's handicap limits his perception of everything around him. As his intellectual capacity is very low, this is totally different from the reader's ability to interpret and understand the events and people with whom Charlie lives. Although the reader can understand them, Charlie cannot, because he sees everything in a very innocent and childlike way, without the ability to interpret and reason.
Answer:
A boy leads in the blind prophet Tiresias. Oedipus begs him to reveal who Laius’s murderer is, but Tiresias answers only that he knows the truth but wishes he did not. Puzzled at first, then angry, Oedipus insists that Tiresias tell Thebes what he knows. Provoked by the anger and insults of Oedipus, Tiresias begins to hint at his knowledge. Finally, when Oedipus furiously accuses Tiresias of the murder, Tiresias tells Oedipus that Oedipus himself is the curse. Oedipus dares Tiresias to say it again, and so Tiresias calls Oedipus the murderer. The king criticizes Tiresias’s powers wildly and insults his blindness, but Tiresias only responds that the insults will eventually be turned on Oedipus by all of Thebes. Driven into a fury by the accusation, Oedipus proceeds to concoct a story that Creon and Tiresias are conspiring to overthrow him.
Hi ThatRandomGuyyy,
Your Question:
Andrew has been asked to write an article for his school newspaper, focusing on the changes being made to the budget. In the past, 20% of the budget was designated for the sports programs at the school; however, now that amount will drop to 10%. Andrew is a student athlete, and participates on several sports teams at his school. How might this affect his objectivity of coverage? Write a full paragraph explaining your reasoning.
Answer:
So in the question its says 20% of the school funds goes to sports. If Andrew does sports on various teams. It will be a great loss and Andrew will probably have to cut some of the teams. If they cut the budget that means they wont be buying the much needed equipment. Sports are needed in every school. Schools can neglect this feature, all the kids are going to become even lazier than they were before. Sports give kids the opportunity to participate in school events and meet new friends. They should not cut the budget.
Hope This Helps!
