To solve this problem you must apply the proccedure shown below:
 1. As you can see in the figure attached, the angle A and the angle B are congruent, which means that both has the same value.
 2. Keeping ths on mind you have:
 10x+24=6x+72
 3. Now, you cam solve for x:
 10x-6x=72-24 \\ 4x=48 \\ x=12
 4. When you susbtitute the value of x into the equation to calculate the angle A, you obtain:
 A=10(12)+24 \\ A=144
 The answer is: 144 degrees

To solve the question we proceed as follows:
∠A=∠B
this is because they are exterior alternate angle.
a] To solve for x we shall plug in the values as follows:
10x+24=6x+72
putting like terms together we obtain:
10x-6x=72-24
4x=48
dividing 4 from both sides:
(4x)/4=48/4
x=12

b] The value of A will be found by plugging the value of x in the equation for angle A we and simplifying we obtain:
∠A=10x+24
=10(12)+24
=120+24
=144

How can you use a distance time graph to compare the motion of two different object
tia_tia [17]

Answer:

If an object moves along a straight line, the distance traveled can be represented by a distance-time graph. In a distance-time graph, the gradient of the line is equal to the speed of the object. The greater the gradient (and the steeper the line) the faster the object is moving.
