Michael Fourman said that metadata is the easiest way of making searching easier by attaching an electronic 'catalog card' to each document. The data about data is called 'metadata'.

EXPLANATION:

Dublin Core is a metadata standard that regulates the elements’ set acquired and permitted for the catalog card. Metadata has a common standard which is known as The Resource Description Format (RDF). Metadata enables software agents to retrieve, find, and process data. Just like books in a library can be accessed by catalog, therefore, information on the web can also be accessed by metadata.

Semantic Web is a plan that intends to provide a general framework for these efforts, by having data on the web determined and linked in such a way that it can be utilized by machines not only for display intentions, but for integration, automation, and reuse of data in various application, so that the next programs can process and share data even when these programs have been designated completely independently.

Structured data Digital documents enable, in principle, automated processing to be richer—content selection, extraction of information, price comparisons, or document grouping. To help this, data is compiled; the documents are given an internal structure. There are many dissimilar formats for structured data, some simple in the description, others rich and complex.

In addition, it can be basic that metadata is data information that delivers information about other data. There are many different types of metadata, comprising descriptive metadata, structural metadata, reference metadata, administrative metadata, and statistical metadata.

Which part of the U.S Constitution determines the outcome of a conflict between the Constitution and the states?
Mariulka [41]

Article VI (6), Paragraph 2 of the U.S. Constitution is also known as the Supremacy Clause. It says that U.S federal constitution is more important over state laws. So if there are any conflictions between the Constitution and the states, we would use the D- Supremacy Clause to determine the outcome.

I hope this helps! :)

Sequoyah (ᏍᏏᏉᏯ Ssiquoya, as he signed his name,[2][3] or ᏎᏉᏯ Se-quo-ya, as his name is often spelled today in Cherokee) (c.1770—1843), named in English George Gist or George Guess, was a Cherokee silversmith. In 1821 he completed his independent creation of a Cherokee syllabary, making reading and writing in Cherokee possible. This was one of the very few times in recorded history that a member of a pre-literate people created an original, effective writing system[1][4] (another example being Shong Lue Yang). After seeing its worth, the people of the Cherokee Nation rapidly began to use his syllabary and officially adopted it in 1825. Their literacy rate quickly surpassed that of surrounding European-American settlers.[1]
