Answer:

Physical capital consists of manmade goods that assist in the production process. Cash, real estate, equipment, and inventory are examples of physical capital. Physical capital values are listed in order of solvency on the balance sheet. The balance sheet provides an overview of the value of all physical and some non-physical assets. It also provides an overview of the capital raised to pay for those assets, which includes both physical and human capital.

Physical capital is recorded on the balance sheet as an asset at historical cost, not market value. As a result, the book value of assets is generally higher than market value. Accountants refer to physical capital as a tangible asset.

Human Capital

Intangible assets are non-physical capital. A balance sheet only lists intangible assets when they have identifiable values. Intangible assets can't be touched, but they are often represented by a legal document or paper.

Human capital is represented by more than the company brand. Harvard University is not Harvard University because of its crimson logo. The value of Harvard University is in its human capital. Human capital includes the knowledge base of the employees and is often measured by the quality of the product. It also refers to the network of the employee base and the general level of influence they have on the industry.

Examples of intangible assets include intellectual property such as brands, patents, customer lists, licensing agreements, and goodwill. When one company acquires or purchases another, and the purchase price is more than the physical assets it purchases, it creates goodwill. The difference is recorded as goodwill, and one of the largest components of goodwill is human capital. In fact, goodwill is one of the only places where an analyst can find a value for human capital on the balance sheet.

payment history and total debt, together, comprise of 65% of your score. why do you think it’s so high?
Otrada [13]

Solution and Explanation:

Most money related specialists characterize a terrible FICO rating as anything beneath a 600, however, every loan specialist has its own principles while checking on applications. The normal American has a FICO assessment of 687, which helps put the range into viewpoint.

In the event that you have poor credit, you've presumably had a blend of negative things on your credit report, as missed installments, misconducts, or possibly a chapter 11 or dispossession. You can generally demand a free credit report to make sense of what precisely is keeping your score so low. Truth be told, we prescribe checking your credit report each year.

Government law permits you access to a free duplicate of every one of your three reports like clockwork, so there's no explanation not to exploit this advantage.

The equivalent units in beginning work in process inventory plus the equivalent units in ending work in process inventory equals
vivado [14]

Answer:

False

Explanation:

The formula for equivalent units units as follows:

Opening Work in Process + Equivalent units on which the work is done - Closing Work in process = Units Transferred

Therefore, ideally,

Opening work in process - Closing work in process = Units transferred - Equivalent units on which work is done.

As adding all the cost incurred during the period to opening inventory of work in process, we get the total cost for the period, thereafter, deducting the cost allocated to closing work in process we get the value of goods produced and transferred.

Therefore, above statement is false.

If retailers such as walmart and target find that inventories are rapidly being depleted, would it have been caused by a rightwa
Elanso [62]

Answer:

Explanation:

To deplete is to reduce in quantity, so if a product depletes it means the demand of that product has increased, and an increase is represented by a rightward change.

The likely consequence would be to order for new products, there may be stock out costs such as loss of goodwill, loss of sales etc. Investment would increase for that product and period to exploit the sales better and increase earnings, so money would be spent to order, transport and store the product.
