Grace is correct. The greatest common FACTOR of 16 and 12 is 4.

Emma gave the correct answer to a different question. 48 is the least
common MULTIPLE of 16 and 12, not their greatest common factor.

mihalych1998 [28]

Answer: If there are 35 people going and each ticket cost $20, then it would be 35 x 20

Step-by-step explanation:

People going: 35

Cost for each person: $20

35 x $20 = 700

So the total cost of tickets for 35 people would be $700.

Abstract Reasoning Classify the angles that result from bisecting each type of angle.
Nadusha1986 [10]

The angles that will be formed when each angle type is bisected can each be classified as:

A. Two acute angles.

B. Two acute angles (45 degrees each).

C. Two acute angles (less than 90 degrees)

D. Two right angles (90 degrees each).

What are the Measure of the Special Angles?

An acute angle has a measure that is less than 90 degrees.

A right angle has a measure that is equal to 90 degrees.

The measure of an obtuse angle is equal to an angle measure that is greater than 90 degrees but less than 180 degrees.

The measure of a straight line angles equals 180 degrees.

With the above knowledge, we can determine what type of angle would be formed when each of the angle type is bisected. When an bangle is bisected, it is divided into two equal parts.

A. Bisecting an acute angle will result into two acute angles.

B. Bisecting a right angle will result into two acute angles (45 degrees each).

C. Bisecting an obtuse angle will result into two acute angles (less than 90 degrees)

D. Bisecting an straight angle will result into two right angles (90 degrees each).

Help meh plz I just need answer question in pic
Yanka [14]

Answer:

A

Step-by-step explanation:

At the vertex, the quadratic term in this notation must be zero, i.e., the (x-1) part. This happens for x=1. So you can already rule out answers C and D.

Now fill in x=-2 in both remaining answers and see what happens.

For A: y = -2(-2 - 1)² + 3 = -15

For B: y = (-2 - 1)² + 3 = 12

That eliminates B and leaves A.

A home-based sign company uses this function to model its monthly profit, where x is the price of each sign it sells.
kifflom [539]

Answer:

p(20) = 4460

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

p(x) = -10x^2 + 498x - 1500

Required

Evaluate p(x) when x = 20

To do this, we simply substitute 20 for x

p(x) = -10x^2 + 498x - 1500

p(20) = -10 * 20^2 + 498 * 20 - 1500

p(20) = -10 * 400 + 9960 - 1500

p(20) = -4000 + 9960 - 1500

p(20) = 4460
