What were some of the motives behind germany's sending of the document to mexico? [1]one motive of germany sending this document

was to make an alliance with mexico. they were going to let mexico reconquer lost territory in texas, new mexico, and arizona. germany was going to start sinkingvessels without warning. he was telling them to get in contact with the president to tell him everything that was happening?

<span>One motive of Germany sending the document was an effort to make an alliance with Mexico. They were agreeable to let Mexico retake their lost territory in states like Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. Germany decided to begin sinking other vessels without warning. He pushed for them to contact the president to alert him of what was happening.</span>
