Given that height, h(t) of a tennis ball is modeled by the equation h(t)=<span>-16t^2 + 45t + 7, the time taken for the ball to reach maximum height will found as follows:
at maximum height:
h'(t)=0
but from the equation:
h'(t)=-32t+45=0
solving for t we get
t=45/32
t=1.40625~1.4 seconds
Thus the time taken to reach maximum height is 1.4 seconds

K-mart is open from 8am to midnight on Monday to Saturday- there 16hrs from 8am to 12midnight
And on sunday it’s open from 10am to 8pm - so there is 10hrs from 10am till 8pm ....
So this is how you find your answer ...........✌️
*8am to 12midnight - 16hrs (Monday to Saturday)
*10am to 8pm - 10 hrs (Sunday)
*16hrs+10hrs=26
*26x7(days in a week )
*26x7=182
*therefore it’s opened for 182 hrs a week
....hrs means hours

Answer:

Option d) 115 degrees

Step-by-step explanation:

We are given a trapezium ABDE in the picture.  AB and ED are the parallel sides.

F is the mid point of AE and C the midpoint of BD.  FC is joined.

We are also given that angle of AED = 65 degrees.

To find the measure of angle BAE.

Since sides AB and ED are parallel sides we find that AE is the transvesal intersecting the two parallel lines.

Hence by parallel lines axiom, the two interior angles namely Angle AED and BAE are supplementary.

i.e. 65 +angle BAE=180

Hence angle BAE = 115 degrees.

Option d is the answer.
