Sprains can occur at any joint in the body, as they all have a ligamentous component, and the most common joint sprained is the ankle. Strain – A sprain is an overstretched ligament, where a strain is an overstretched muscle or tendon. This is most commonly referred to as a 'pulled' muscle or tendon.
You should hold stretches for 15 seconds.
The respiratory system works to get essential materials to the cells when we breathe it takes the carbon dioxide from the alveoli ( air pockets in our lungs) and replacing it with oxygen. The circulatory system takes consists of veins which carries oxygenated blood from the entire body to the heart, and arteries which takes deoxygenated blood away from the heart to the lungs. Finally the digestive system works to get essential materials to the cells when we eat the vitamins, minerals and nutrients not only go to certain organs but also through the blood and the cycle starts all over again.
Hey! Everybody trains differently for different things. Bodybuilders are required to have a high level of physical fitness training and workouts. However, not everyone uses the same methods, and they may only be physically active when training, which would not give them a high level of total physical fitness. An aerobics instructor may only be doing a physical activity ( aerobics) when teaching, which would again not give them a high level of total physical fitness. So, no. This does not apply to everyone, as it is too broad-range. I wish you good health and positive energy! :) - Aspen
