A community health nurse is conducting a blood pressure screening within a community church. During the screening, the nurse ass

When eating out I want to actively think about choosing the healthiest meal. For example, If I'm going out to eat dinner, I want to choose a side or appetizer that has a good amount of healthy vegetables and less sugar or unhealthy condiments. I can choose to eat something a little unhealthy since I don't eat out everyday, but I still eat something that isn't completely greasy.
