Peter is a 17-year-old high school student who loves pizza. His parents own a pizza restaurant, so he works part-time in the kit

chen and eats pizza nearly every day. Although he’s a relatively tall kid at 6 feet, 1 inch, he’s a little pudgy around the middle. His mom thinks he’s too heavy at 210 pounds and she’s worried that he might have high cholesterol. He’s also plagued with acne on his face, which makes him embarrassed to talk to girls. Peter’s taking nutrition and health classes in school and is starting to think a little differently about his diet. The old saying, "You are what you eat" has really made an impression on him as he can’t help but think how the pizza has impacted his body and health. 1.
