People in the work place would most likely become the people that you spend most of your time with. (even more than your family). Because of this, it is very wise to build a healthy relationship with people in the work place because it can bring these following benefits:

- It would lower your stress level since you become genuinely love your workplace and the people around you.

- It would improve your productivity since there is more you can achieve with the help of others.

- Rather than worrying about the people that might get rid of you, getting along with your co-worker actually would provide you with genuine support that can help you improve your career.

It’s important to get along with people in the workplace because

C) You will be more at ease in working and be comfortable at your workplace,

Overall, it is better to work in an environment where you are in harmony with your colleagues.
