\frac{n}{5} - \frac{9n}{10} = \frac{1}{5}

\frac{n}{5}* \frac{2}{2}- \frac{9n}{10} = \frac{1}{5}

\frac{2n}{10}- \frac{9n}{10} = \frac{1}{5}

\frac{-7n}{10} = \frac{1}{5}       (multiply each side by 10)

-7n = 1/5 * 10

-7n = 10/5

-7n = 2          (divide eaach side by -7)

n = 2/-7

n =- \frac{2}{7} \ \textless \ -answer  (or about -0.286)
