On Monday, Alana practiced for 2.75 hours. On Wednesday, she practiced for 2.375 hours. On Friday, she practiced for 2.6 hours. 2.375 is closet to 2, so:

She practiced closest to 2 hours on Wednesday.

On Friday because if she danced 11 - negative 4 = 15. and 19 - negative 8=27. the closest would be Friday because on that day she danced for 2.6 hours.

Hope it helps.

is the equation of a circle with center (0,0) and radius r=3 units
so
<span>the translation of four units to the right and three units down is equals to move the center (0,0)--------> (0+4,0-3)------> (4.-3)

the new center of the circle is (4,-3)
the new equation is

3x+y=8________(1) and x²+xy=6________(2) solve this
romanna [79]

Answer:

In first equation if we put the value of x and y (x=2,y=2)than,

3x+y=8

3×x+y=8

3×2+2=8

6+2=8

8=8

in second equation the value of x=2,y=1

x2+xy=6

x2+x×y=6

4+2×1=6

4+2=6

6=6

Alees and Emma design an office park in 28 weeks. Each architect spends 19 hours each week on this project. What is the total nu
olchik [2.2K]

Alees and Emma spend 1064 hours together

<em><u>Solution:</u></em>

Given that, Alees and Emma design an office park in 28 weeks

Each architect spends 19 hours each week on this project

To find: Total number of hours the architects work on this project

From given,

Total number of weeks = 28

Each architect spends 19 hours each week

Therefore,

Time spent in one week by Alees = 19 hours

Time spent in one week by Emma = 19 hours

<em><u>Total number of hours the architects work on this project</u></em>

Total\ number\ of\ hours = (19 \times 28) + (19 \times 28)\\\\Total\ number\ of\ hours = 532 + 532\\\\Total\ number\ of\ hours = 1064

Thus, they spend 1064 hours together
