What caused a hot war to break out in Korea

History

Answer:

Stalin wanted to see Communism expand as long as he did not get involved in a 'hot war' with America. The trigger for the war was when, in 1950, Syngman Rhee boasted that he was going to attack North Korea. It was a good enough excuse – the North Koreans invaded South Korea. This started the actual fighting.

VMariaS [17]

The correct answer is C, but technically D is also correct. John Wycliffe earned his doctorate in divinity at Oxford University and became a professor. He also became a priest, but used this position to speak out against the corruption and the heresy in the Catholic. He openly criticized the pope and the hierarchy of the Catholic church. He is well-known for translating the bible into common English, so people could read it themselves instead of having to rely on the forced interpretation of the church.

Why do you think the writers of the Constitution made it so vague?
juin [17]

Answer:

In order to win approval of the three quarters of states required for its ratification, the Constitution was a product of compromise that, at times, used vague or imprecise language–take, for instance, Congress' power to “make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper” to execute its long list of duties. In other words, the Constitution can be adjusted according to circumstance while at the same time being morally correct.
