fruits: dried, frozen canned and 100% fruit juice

grains: whole and refined grains

protein foods: meat, poultry, fish, seafood, eggs, nuts, seeds, soy products and beans

dairy: yogurt, most cheeses, and all liquid milk products

vegetables: frozen, canned dried veggies, and as well as 100% veggie juice
