theres tons work out videos, to tone your legs, i reccomend the ones from lilly sabri, because they worked for me.

you also need to change your diet, because a diet is just as important working out.

intermittent fasting works the best for me, if you're just starting intermittent fasting the 14/10 schedule would be best for you :)

as for growing your legs, theres nothing you can do to make them longer unnaturally. it has to do with genetics, you cant grow them longer unfortunately. (Iol i wish u could tho)
