Intellectual impairment, epileptic seizures, and vision and hearing impairment may come alongside cerebral palsy. Due to being somewhat paralyzed, they may also have the inability to chew, swallow, it may be harder to breathe, or they may have bowel or bladder control issues. Hopefully this helps!

i know its not much but the answer is it is a disorder that causes issues when trying to do basic this like walk or write aka you can't control your body
This is important because of the simple fact that if you have the knowledge of which stressors can be control and which stressors can not be controlled you are more likely to avoid the ones that you may be able to controlled.
