Answer: The F1 plant will produce 50% Y and 50% y gametes.

Explanation:

Meiosis is a process in which a cell reduces the number of chromosomes in half, in order to prepare for sexual reproduction. So, in this case we have a heterozygous plant which will end up with 50% Y and 50% y gametes according to Mendel's segregation law.

Gennadij [26K]
The reducing sugars are mainly monosaccharides where all polysaccharides are non-reducing sugars. The reducing sugar can reduce the capric ions of the Fehling or the Benedict solution into the cuprous ions whereas, the reduction of cupric ions into the cuprous ions is not achieved in the non-reducing sugars.

Goshia [24]
The result of this treatment will decrease the osmotic pressure of the blood, causing the cell is losing water molecule by osmosis.
Administering pure water as resuscitation fluid might also lower the concentration of electrolyte in the blood, causing electrolyte imbalance. It is recommended to use normal saline(0.9% NaCl) solution for resuscitation as the solution is having the same osmotic pressure, thus won't inducing osmosis.
