Hello there,

It seem's to me that your answer would be "<span>D. The land slopes gently."

As you focus very hard and steady on the picture, I see a little turn to the right, this can indicate that there is a slight slope.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

Your question states:

Which statement describes the land between contour lines 30 and 35?

Your most likely answer would be:

D. The land slopes gently.

Explanation/Reasoning:

The line goes across the map gently or smoothly rather it not curved or jagged as the other lines which brings me to my answer D. The land slopes gently.

Hope this helps!

You have a wonderful day:)

Can some explain DNA replication??
NeTakaya

Answer:

<h3>DNA replication is the process by which a double-stranded DNA molecule is copied to produce two identical DNA molecules. Replication is an essential process because, whenever a cell divides, the two new daughter cells must contain the same genetic information, or DNA, as the parent cell.</h3>

In the guppie simulation, what happens to the brightest guppies when there are large numbers of predators?
jonny [76]
In the simulation, the brightness of the guppies is directly related to how fast they are consumed by predators. This phenomenon is explained simply and reflects natural selection. The brighter guppies are at a selective disadvantage due to the ease with which predators are able to spot them. The darker colored guppies are able to avoid predator better so they live fore a longer time.
