Answer: What needs to be completed, the roles of everyone on the team and how the tasks should be distributed are conditions that must be fulfilled during the forming stage of a group or team.

Explanation: When a group or team is formed, one of the main items that should be discussed is what the purpose of the group or team is for and how they are going to achieve the end goal. By dividing tasks up or working cohesively, there will be an end result so understanding who fills those tasks is important. Finally, understanding the different roles such as who is the leader, is needed to have one focal point of contact during the duration of the group or team.

Which version of the sentence below most clearly describes a joyful moment of hard-earned success? i clutched the certificate ti
kirza4 [7]

<em>Answer: "the certificate, with its glowing gold and crimson seal, felt like a blazing sword lighting the path before me."</em>

Out of all the sentences, this is the one that has both elements of joy and of accomplishment. It also contains a promise for the future.

The first sentence conveys some nervousness and anxiety, not joy. The second one, though it has some joy on the side of the family, still conveys nervousness. The third one shows joy fully. However, it does not portray the certificate in a good light. It feels "heavy." It does not imply happiness or hope for the future.
