Answer:

Pursuing college education affects society in positive ways.

While it is true that the opportunity cost of college education at first is a bit high (you cannot work, or work less while you attend college), getting a college degree results, not only in higher and better skills, but also it is likely to result in more productive work that is paid better.

College graduates contribute to society by becoming more productive members than those who do not graduate college (on average), helping society move on and improve its economic growth.

Finger [1]
Thats a pretty logical question. they took over Poland. and they had more than one camps in different areas, and they wanted to kill off the Jews because Hitler blamed the Jews for German losing WWI. so the camps were to put the Jews in labor and kill them, do some research you'll find the answer.

Enlist the stages of conflict management
scZoUnD [109]

Answer:

Stage 1: Not being aware of conflict occurring. There is a potential for conflict thus you have to be aware of the demand from participants/ workers. AKA Latent Stage

Stage 2: Find the source of conflict and make sure to explore the situation also known as the Perceived stage.

Stage 3: Personalization of conflicts such as the stress, anxiety, or mental health issues that could occur because of the conflict. This can also be known as the Felt stage.

Stage 4: 2 indiviuals or more talk about how they feel about the conflict and are engaging in a conversation to resolve the issue. Thus, the conflict is open and can be observed. Known as Manifest stage.

Stage 5: Aftermath Stage: Outcome of the conflict. Usually, a resolution or a certain agreement starts to happen to ensure that the conflict won't happen again.

Hope this helps!
