Answer:

Both learning provides knowledge to the brain is a similarity between incidental and intentional learning.

Explanation:

Intentional learning as the name suggests is the kind of learning where the individual is intended to learn about a particular matter. Whereas, the incidental learning is learning that is without any intention of learning. It occurs during a task or any activity.

However, both the learning has one thing in common, that is, they both bring knowledge. Even though the methods of learning are different, we acquire knowledge through both the methods.

Do you think that managers can make more effective decisions when they confer with others who have more knowledge regardless of
Nataly_w [17]

Answer:

Not necessarily

Explanation:

It honestly depends on the situation considering this is under the health topic I am going to assume it is under that kind of situation. In health/medical settings the "title" matters in what they know and if they have consent from the patient to confer with that person. The title should pertain to the certain condition the patient is in. Especially due to confidentiality. So as far as "regardless of their title" it wouldn't help them make a more effective decision. Alternatively, if the person/people they converse with pertain to the situation it can and usually is a good idea to get second opinions especially if not sure of the course of action they should take.

Hope this helps :-)
