Well since Kim dug a hole bigger than 12 inches by 9 inches, all you would have to do is add 12 to 9 which equals 21 inches. For the picture, you could draw Kim's hole being equal to Wayne's hole plus 9. little stick figures or something :)

Roxy is multiplying 1/8 by 4/3
Vera_Pavlovna [14]

Answer:

1/6

Step-by-step explanation:

Make the denominators the same by finding the lcm(least common denominator). The least common demominator would be 24. So multiply both numbers in 1/8 by 3. This would eaqual 3/24. Multiply both numbersin 4/3 by 8. This would equal \frac{3}{24} * \frac{32}{24} = \frac{96}{576}. Simplify 96/576 by dividing both numbers by 96.

<u>96</u> ÷ 96 = <u>  1  </u>                                                                                                              576 ÷ 96 = 6 and that becomes 1/6.
