Lets convert all of these to seconds so we have a common unit to compare. 1% of an hour is equal to 36 seconds. 2/3 of a minute is equal to 40 seconds. .0004 of a day is around 34.6 seconds. So from least to greatest it would be .0004 of a day, 1% of an hour, and then 2/3 of a minute.
