the two triangles are opposite each other and they are connected with 3 rectangles and that makes it a triangular prism because it is 3D and triangularly shaped - I’m not sure how else to explain it
To find the area of a triangle do base times height and divide that by two. So you would do the bottom line and the side line and multiply that and divide the total in half.
