Okay from my understanding of this, the "just peace" wants everyone to have equal rights so that there would be less conflict going on, and with the "peace of vengeance" wants England, France, Italy, and the United States, to demand land from conquered territories so that colonial lands can have more land and control.

So what I think the best answer would be the "just peace" so that everyone could be treated as equal as possible, but its your opinion. Hope this helps you understand it better!
