Answer:

The theological teaching that states that the church and the state are two separate spheres is the Two Kingdoms Doctrine.

Explanation:

The Two Kingdoms Doctrine is a Protestant Christian doctrine according to which God  rules in the worldly kingdom through secular government by means of laws, and God also rules in the heavenly kingdom through the gospel and grace. This doctrine is held by Lutherans and Calvinists though other religious branches like Roman Catholics have similar views like the "two swords" doctrine.

How does this sound?
kifflom [539]

Answer:

I'd say you did a very fine job! You have a nice balance of description and facts.

The sentence "Well, they aren't that good" needs work, and could be changed, especially the phrase "aren't that good" seems quite passive.

You've used "a lot" repetitively, consider changing to "many" in the conclusion sentence.

Other than that its wonderful! Fix up tiny things and you should be very proud to turn that in.

Anettt [7]
They saw the laws as unlawful according to the 14th amendment. The blacks needed equal rights with the whites. You might want to double check the amendment number but im pretty sure its the 14th.
