How to simplify factions

Divide the numerator and denominator both by any common factor that
they have.  If it's their greatest common factor, then one time does it. 
If it's a smaller common factor, then you may have to do it more than once. 
When they have no common factor left except ' 1 ', then the faction is in its
simplest form.
