To find the mean of a data set, you have to add all of the numbers and divide by the number of data.
So
50 + 54 + 62 + 48 + 49 + 52
To get 315.
315 divided by  6 is 52.5
So the mean of he data set is 52.5
Hope this helps :)

Fittoniya [83]

The travels you have described are:

                                       (Middle floor) + 8 + 5 - 9 + 7 - 32

                                   =  (middle floor)  + 20 - 41

                                   =  (middle floor)  -  21  brought her to floor #1.

So                                   Middle floor  -  21  =  1

Add 21 to each side:    Middle floor  =  22

The building has (2 x middle floor)  =  44 floors.

Suppose that the perimeter a rectangle is 54 feet, and the length is 13 feet more than the width. Find the width ractangle, in f
Vesnalui [34]

Answer:7feet

Step-by-step explanation:

perimeter(p)=54ft

Width(w) +13=Length(L)

Perimeter=2xLength+2xwidth

P=2xL+2xw

L=w+13

54=2(w+13)+2w

54=2w+26+2w

Collect like terms

54-26=2w+2w

28=4w

Divide both sides by 4

28/4=4w/4

7=w

Width =7feet

A hypothesis test was used to see if less than 5% of all Americans would still drive to work if gas prices went above $10.00 a g
Kruka [31]

Answer:

The correct option is;

False

Step-by-step explanation:

Here, we note that the proportion of the test statistic which is used in the test is 5% and the P-value for the test is 0.03

The hypothesis test is meant to check if people will still drive to work when the gas prices are above $10.00 and the suggestion was that we can conclude that when the fuel price is above $5.00 everyone would still drive to work without a P-value for the test, hence we can not come to the stated conclusion.
