(10 1/12 - 2 3/8) / (1 2/3) =
(121/12 - 19/8) / (5/3) =
(242/24 - 57/24) / (5/3) =
(185/24) / (5/3) =
185/24 * 3/5 =
185/40 =
4.625......so, at most, 4 picture frames can be made

Amery drives 50 miles in one hour. How many miles does he drive in 2.25 hours?
slavikrds [6]
So if he drives 50 miles in 1 hour, then he must drive 100 miles in 2 hours. 0.25 is another way of writing 1/4, and to find 1/4 you divide by 4, so 50 ÷ 4 = 12.5 miles. Then you can add this to 100 and get your answer as 112.5 miles.
If you have a calculator, or if you're allowed a calculator, then a simpler way is to just do 2.25 × 50 = 112.5
Hope this helps!

DEFG is an isosceles trapezoid with bases FE and<br> GD. DE = 5x -2, and FG = 4x + 2. Find FG.
dalvyx [7]

Answer:

FG is 18 units

Step-by-step explanation:

if the trapezoid is isosceles then DE = GF so we can create this equation:

4x + 2 = 5x - 2

4x = 5x - 4

-x = -4

x = 4

FG = 4(4)+2 which is 18
