Answer:

\text{2 Dimes}< \text{2 Dollars}

Step-by-step explanation:

A dime has a value of 10 cents. It is a 10 cent coin.

So, the value of 2 dime = 2\times10 = 20 \text{ cents}

Now, 1 dollar consist of 100 cents.

1 dollar = 100 cents

so, the value of 2 dollars = 2\times100 = 200\text{ cents}

Comprinf, 2 dimes and 2 dollars, we have,

\text{2 Dimes}< \text{2 Dollars}

as

\text{20 Cents}< \text{200 Cents}

100 POINTS FOR THE ACTUAL RIGHT ANSWER There are 122 cats and dogs. the amount of dogs is 5 more than 2 times the number of cats
Vilka [71]

Answer:

d + c = 122

d - 5 = 2c

so same as saying

2d + 2c = 244

we plug in for 2c

2d + d - 5 = 244

2d + d = 249

3d = 249

d = 249 / 3

d = 83

since d - 5 = 2c

83 - 5 = 2c

78 = 2c

c = 39

there are 39 cats and 83 dogs

39 + 83 = 122

Does anyone know how to evaluate this problem? im stuck
shusha [124]
If you are just supposed to evaluate the a) f(0) and b) f(4) then you would just plug it in the equation.
f(0)=0^2 - 8*0 + 16
f(0)=0 - 0 + 16
f(0)=16
f(4)=4^2 - 8*4 +16
f(4)=16 - 32 + 16
f(4)=0

What is the area of a parallelogram with a base of 0.56 cm and a height of 0.33 cm (to the nearest hundredths)? A) 0.18 cm2 B) 0
valentinak56 [21]

Answer: A) 0.18 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

To calculate the area of a parallelogram you must apply the formula shown below:

A=b*h

Where b is the base and h is the height of the parallelogram.

You know the values of the base and the value of the height.

Therefore, when you susbstitute these values into the equation shown above, you obtain the following result:

A=0.56*0.33cm=0.18cm^{2}

Convert y=9 from rectangular to polar form
Crazy boy [7]

Answer:

r = 9/sin Ф or r = 9 csc Ф

Step-by-step explanation:

The polar form is represented as:

x = r cos Ф and

y = r sin Ф

We are given:

y = 9

Putting value in y = r sin Ф

9 = r sin Ф

=> r = 9/sin Ф

1/sin Ф = csc Ф

or, r = 9 csc Ф
