Why am I always so sluggish despite getting plenty of sleep? I feel refreshed after small amounts of sleep at night though and I

<h2><em>Lol me too I can sleep for 2 hours and feel fine but sleep for 10 hours and feel like a zombie. Maybe it's because you body didn't get to fully go into sleep mode after a quick nap and when you take a long nap your body may have adjusted and became used to being asleep which makes you feel so tired. I'm not sure to be honest but its a fun question! XD</em></h2>
