remember to breath slowly, relax and believe everything is okay. trick your nervousness into excitement trust me it works i used to be so nervous before going up to give a speech or going on stage to play drums if you switch it around and make ur nervousness excitement. chewing gum, and less caffeine   from studys show that these do help. there are many things you can do to ease these things i promise you will find away sorry if u dont like this answer
