Perspective - represent three-dimensional objects on a two-dimensional surfaces in a way that looks natural and realistic. Perspective can create an illusion of space and depth on a flat surface (e.x The School of Athens.)

Chiaroscuro - Refers to the use of light and shadow to create the illusion of light from a specific source shining on the figures and objects in the painting.

Fresco - Is a method of painting water-based pigments on freshly applied plaster, usually on wall surfaces. The colours, are set with the plaster to become a permanent part of the wall. (e.x The Creation of Adam)

I think that they should not have so that the US would have Iraq  as a friendly country. The US would want a lot of countries that are nice to them so they don't need much wars. Also, they could have made some deal with Iraq to stop the fighting and both get a share in what they want.
