Parentheses
Exponents
Multiplication/Division
Addition/Subtraction

Solve (-4 + -6) first, as this is in parentheses:

-4 + -6 = -10

10 - 5.3 * -10

Solve 5.3 * -10 next, as this is multiplication:

5.3 * -10 = -53

10 - -53

Now we can solve the equation:

10 - -53 = 63

The answer is 63.
